Giant Hair Bow

what you will need
fabric
needle and thread
sewing machine
hair clip

-Select your fabric
-Cut an 8 in. by 8 in. square
-Cut a 3 in. by 8 in. piece in the same fabric
(Be mindful if you are using a directional fabric)

-Fold small piece of fabric in half with wrong sides facing out. Sew both sides, leaving the end open. Turn right side out and tuck ends in and top stitch closed.
-Fold 8 inch square in half with wrong sides facing out. Sew sides first and then sew the bottom, leaving about 2 inches for turning. Turn right side out, making sure that all your corners are poked out. Tuck in and top stitch closed.

-Iron your pieces flat
-Working with the large piece, turn horizontal and pinch a couple of small pieces in the middle of the fabric. Tack down with a couple of stitches from the sewing machine.

-After wrapping the small piece around the center of the bow, turn around and thread the hair clip on. Secure hair clip and bow together with thread and needle. For extra security, I used a dab of hot glue where needed.

And....Wahla!

Super cute and super easy!
Enjoy your new bow!
